Manchester City Considering Move for Morgan Gibbs-White

Manchester City FC are not ruling out the possibility of making a concrete move for Morgan Gibbs-White in the upcoming transfer window.

According to Football Insider, the 26-year-old is also on the radar of Tottenham Hotspur, potentially setting up a fierce battle between two major Premier League clubs.

Consistent Performances Despite Relegation Threat

Although Nottingham Forest currently sit just three points above the relegation zone, Gibbs-White continues to attract attention thanks to his consistent displays.

Since joining the club, he has made 153 official appearances, contributing 25 goals and 32 assists. His performances have also earned him six caps with the England national team.

High Price Tag Expected

Any interested club will need to prepare for a significant financial investment.

Gibbs-White is under contract with Nottingham Forest until June 2028, and the club’s leadership are not expected to lower their valuation — even in the event of relegation.

According to journalist Pete O’Rourke, the asking price could range between €60–70 million, with some reports suggesting a valuation as high as €80 million.

Summer Saga in the Making

Manchester City’s long-standing interest and Tottenham’s renewed involvement suggest that Gibbs-White’s future could become one of the hottest topics of the summer transfer window.

With several Premier League clubs monitoring the situation closely, the coming months may prove decisive for the talented midfielder.
