SHOCK SPLIT: $61 MILLION Mansion Goes to Jennifer Lopez – Ben Affleck Walks Away

A dramatic new twist has emerged in the aftermath of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s split, as reports reveal that their luxurious $61 million Beverly Hills mansion will go entirely to Lopez—while Affleck steps away from his share.

According to court documents, the former couple has taken new legal steps to divide their assets following their divorce, with Affleck reportedly transferring his full stake in the mega-property to Lopez.

The lavish estate, purchased in May 2023 for nearly $61 million, had been on the market since mid-2024, shortly before Lopez officially filed for divorce.

Legal filings indicate that the ex-couple quietly revised their property agreement—originally finalized in January 2025—with new changes submitted on April 9.

While most terms remain unchanged, updated documents show that Lopez will be solely responsible for any future costs related to a potential sale of the property, including agent commissions, taxes, closing fees, and other expenses.

Interestingly, insiders suggest that Affleck may have given up his share without financial compensation, allowing Lopez to retain full control and any future profits from a sale.

The documents also reference a future “transfer of ownership,” though it remains unclear when the mansion will be put back on the market.

The estate itself is nothing short of extraordinary—featuring 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms—and was originally listed for $68 million, about $8 million more than what the couple paid.

However, after struggling to find a buyer for over a year, the property was eventually removed from the market in July 2025. It briefly reappeared later that year with a reduced price of $52 million, before being taken down again.

Despite the complications surrounding the mansion, both stars have already moved on to new properties following their separation.

Affleck purchased a $20 million home in Pacific Palisades in August 2024, near the area where his ex-wife Jennifer Garner lives.

Meanwhile, Lopez bought a $21 million property in Calabasas earlier this year, reportedly renovating it extensively to match her personal style. During renovations, she is said to have continued staying at the Beverly Hills estate.

Sources previously told Daily Mail that Affleck wanted to sell the mansion quickly in order to “cut the final tie” with Lopez.

Lopez officially filed for divorce in August 2024, coinciding with what would have been the couple’s second wedding anniversary.

As one of Hollywood’s most talked-about relationships comes to an end, this latest development marks a significant—and symbolic—closure to their shared chapter.
