Real Madrid & Man United Big Star Leaves Football To Pursue Cooking

Two-time English champion with Manchester United, Javier Hernandez, better known as Chicharito, surprised fans when he started posting videos from the kitchen.

Chicharito (37) recently ended his football career, but it didn’t take him long to find a new one. However, away from the football fields, today the Mexican is doing something completely unexpected.

Mexico’s all-time leading scorer has become a chef and is posting his videos on TikTok. He’s swapped his soccer boots for an apron and a video camera.

In the latest video, the famous Manchester United, Real Madrid and Bayer Leverkusen striker dedicates himself to preparing his own version of the Milanese sandwich. He grills beef with cheese and avocado, and even prepares his own pesto, all on a toasted ciabatta.

Chicarito seemed pleased with the results of his work when he cut the sandwich in half and showed the cross-section, and the lady behind the camera, who is assumed to be his wife, was pleased as well.

The Mexican is his country’s all-time top scorer, with 52 goals in 109 appearances, and he also played for Real Madrid.

He spent two years playing for West Ham and Bayer Leverkusen, in addition to his best spell in Europe – two English championship titles with Manchester United.
