Edon Zhegrova Set To Join Premier League Giants

Everton are not stopping and will try once again to transfer Kosovo star Edon Zhegrova from Juventus.

The English club’s previous attempts to sign the 26-year-old have failed, but the club are determined to make a move this summer, reports Italian outlet Calciomercato .

The team led by coach David Moyes aims for this to be the third attempt to bring Zhegrova to Goodison Park.

Initially, Everton tried last summer, but the footballer decided to join the Bianconeri. Attempts were repeated during the January transfer window, without the desired result.

Edon Zhegrova has had a mixed bag at Juventus. He was criticised for a missed chance in the Champions League play-off against Galatasaray, but also received praise for his overall performance.

So far, he has accumulated 427 minutes in 19 matches played in all competitions with the black and white jersey, without scoring a goal or making an assist.

Beyond the club, Zhegrova remains an important element for the Kosovo national team, where she has played 45 matches and scored five goals.

Everton seem determined to try again this summer, and it remains to be seen whether the English club will manage to convince Juventus and the player himself for this transfer.
